Restricted Jurisdictions Notice

NOX is intended for global access only where lawful. Availability of a website or application in a location does not mean that the Services, any feature, or any third-party product is authorized or suitable there.

7.1 Restricted Persons

You may not access or use the Services if you are:

• listed on, owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of a person listed on an applicable sanctions or restricted-party list;
• subject to asset-freeze, blocking, trade, financial-services or similar restrictions applicable to NOX, its providers or its affiliates;
• using the Services to evade sanctions, export controls, geographic restrictions or identity checks; or
• otherwise prohibited by applicable law or a binding order.

Sanctions programs are often targeted at persons and entities and are not limited to a single static country list. Screening must therefore address both geography and restricted persons.

7.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

The Services are not offered in a jurisdiction where providing or using them would violate applicable law, require authorization that has not been obtained, or expose NOX or its providers to unacceptable legal, sanctions, fraud or operational risk.

7.3 User representations

By accessing the Services, you represent that:

• your location, residence, nationality and organization information are accurate;
• you are not accessing from or on behalf of a prohibited person or location;
• your use is lawful where you are located; and
• you will not use VPNs, proxies, nominees or other methods to circumvent controls.

7.4 Feature limitation and evidence

We may request identity, residence, organization, source-of-funds, wallet, payment or connected-account information. We may block or limit registration, payments, marketing, data access, AI functions or connected-account features by location or person.

7.5 Travel and relocation

If you travel to or relocate to a restricted location, access may be suspended or features may be limited. You remain responsible for third-party accounts and positions.

7.6 No circumvention

Attempting to bypass geographic, sanctions or eligibility controls is a material breach of the Terms and may result in suspension, termination, blocked transactions, preservation of records and reporting where legally required.

7.7 Updates

We may update restrictions without prior notice where necessary for law, sanctions, licensing, provider requirements or risk management. Users should review this Notice regularly.
